Field Coordinator USA-Africa (Volunteer)

Caroline Kelley is an undergraduate student at the Gallatin School for Individualized Study at New York University. She has interned and volunteered in the nonprofit sector for a long time but is particularly inspired by the vision of Global Caravan’s founder, Eby Aka. Caroline is currently abroad for a semester in Accra, Ghana, where she is studying the globalization of music and media. She is especially passionate about international development, and she believes that access to education is a fundamental stepping stone on the road to successful communities. She is excited to be able to visit Global Caravan’s Kwashie Kumah site very soon!

About Author: Global Caravan

Global Caravan seeks to give hope and opportunity to underprivileged children in Africa by building and filling libraries in their home villages and by providing First Aid kits for their schools. We believe that access to books and education is the first step toward equipping these children to rise above their circumstances and develop their God-given talents and abilities.
